9th International Salsa Festival in Monaco
Numerous dance companies from all over the world will gather from 21 to 23 March 2014
For three days, the Salsa Monaco association is holding the 9th Monaco International Salsa Festival.
Numerous dance troupes and duos will meet up to celebrate their shared passion, salsa, at various workshops (dance evenings, workshops, etc.)
Many performers are expected, including Maykel Fonts (a well-known dancer who became famous in the Italian version of "Strictly Come Dancing" and in the film "Street Dance 2"); the Dominican Power troupe (whose principal dancer "Chiquito" featured in the film "Street Dance 2" as a dancer and was also a choreographer for the film; and Tropical Gem (winners of the Puerto Rico Championship in 2001 and World Salsa Champions in 2004).
