A Prelude to the Monte-Carlo Spring Arts Festival

The Association of Friends of the Monte-Carlo Spring Arts Festival is presenting its first "Prelude" on Thursday 6 December 2012



The "Printemps des Arts" (Monte-Carlo Spring Arts Festival) will take place from 15 March to 14 April 2013.  As a prelude, the Association of Friends of the Monte-Carlo Spring Arts Festival is organizing concerts from December 2012.

The first will take place on 6 December in the Troparium of the Auditorium Rainier III.  François-Frédéric Guy, piano, and Tedi Papavrami, violin, will perform a "Portrait of Beethoven."  

Thursday 6 December 2012
8.30 pm – Troparium, Auditorium Rainier III

- Sonata No. 8 for violin and piano, Op. 30 No. 3
- Sonata No. 9 for violin and piano, Op. 47 "Kreutzer Sonata" 

This concert will be followed by a Portrait of Manoury on 16 January and a Portrait of Bartok on 12 February
