The Monacology Event in the Principality of Monaco

Children from the Principality and bordering towns can take part in Monacology from 10 to 14 June 2013 and enjoy practical workshops



The aim of Monacology is to raise children's awareness of the environment and biodiversity through a range of activities, which will take place in a village of wooden chalets situated along Port Hercule.

The themes chosen this year are energy, mobility, forests, waste, water, marine environments, etc.

Alain Plas, the author of the "Chouchou le Petit Caillou" ("Chouchou the Little Pebble") children's books is joining forces with Monacology again this year, with an environmental message.

Several organizations are partners of Monacology 2013 - Stars’n’Bars, the Institute for Mediterranean Studies and Sustainable Development (IMEDD), the Monaco Electricity and Gas Company (SMEG), the Monegasque Sanitation Company (SMA), Monaco Telecom and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
