With the completion of the last phase of its spectacular plan a total of EUR 46 million renovation, the Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel opened doors, in the spring of 2009, the new terrace on the 7th floor again hosting customers, and year-round, through the breathtaking views of the Principality of Monaco 360 °: the port, the Princier Palace, the Opera, the Casino, the Riviera and finally the great blue in all his glory...
Here high, between sky and sea, a new product, horizon - Deck, restaurant & champagne bar, offers an original concept which reinforces the commitment that the hotel and any Fairmont Hotels & Resorts chain took our planet and sustainable development. If it is needed to find a slogan that would characterize, could say that it is a restaurant "Chic & Ethic".

New restaurant, new concept
The Chief Executive, Maryan Gandon, is committed to promote local food. In this sense, the Fairmont Monte Carlo has a garden in the back country to produce are its fruit and vegetables, which also put in jars, will be tasted even out of season and thus shall avoid any pollution caused by transport.
